These Terms of Service govern your use of AISuite (the "Service") provided by AISuite GmbH ("AISuite", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

Accounts and access: You must have authority to act for your organization, keep credentials secure, and ensure that use of the Service complies with applicable law and our acceptable use guidelines. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Customer content and data: You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant AISuite a limited license to process, store, and display that content solely to provide the Service. We process personal data in line with our privacy policy.

AI output: AI-generated output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output before use, sharing, or acting on it, especially for legal, financial, or compliance decisions.

Availability and support: We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support levels and response times are defined by your order, contract, or plan.

Fees, term, and termination: Fees and billing are governed by your order or contract. Either party may terminate for material breach; upon termination, access may be suspended and data handling follows legal and contractual requirements.

Liability: AISuite is liable for intent and gross negligence. For other cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

Changes: We may update these terms for legal or operational reasons and will notify you of material changes.
